Pushpa 2 co-star Rashmika Mandanna calls it ‘unbelievable’, Chiranjeevi visits his residence
Pushpa 2: The Rule is everywhere in the news today. Allu Arjun is also the talk of the town. We all heard of a shocking news today after Allu Arjun was arrested in the Sandhya theatre stampede case. For the unversed, on December 4 a special screening of Pushpa 2 was held at Sandhya theatre in Hyderabad and Allu Arjun visited the theatre. A stampeded occurred there and we saw a woman died. Her kids are in hospital in a serious condition. Actor Allu Arjun was held responsible for the incident and he was arrested today in the case. This was a shocking thing that came out. An FIR was registered against him, and he is the fourth person to be arrested in the case.
Rashmika reacts to Allu Arjun’s arrest
Allu Arjun was having his breakfast when he was arrested and his family members stood around him. He was remanded to 14 days of judicial custody. However, the actor has been granted interim bail now by the Telangana High Court. He has been granted interim bail for a period of four weeks. Now, his Pushpa 2: The Rule costar Rashmika Mandanna has reacted to this arrest.
She took to X and wrote, “I can’t believe what I am seeing right now.. The incident that happened was an unfortunate and deeply saddening incident. However, it is disheartening to see everything being blamed on a single individual. This situation is both unbelievable and heartbreaking.”

Varun Dhawan who is busy promoting his film, Baby John also defended Allu Arjun. He spoke about it while promoting his film. He said, “The actor cannot take the sole responsibility of the safety protocols. You can only tell the people around you… The incident was tragic. I express my condolences but at the same time, you cannot blame only one person for this.”
Nani also reacted to the incident and supported the Pushpa 2 actor. He took to X and wrote, “I wish the kind of enthusiasm government authorities and media show in anything related to people from cinema was also there for the regular citizens. We would have lived in a better society. That was an unfortunate incident and it was heart breaking. We should all learn from the disaster and be lot more careful here after and introduce measures to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We are all at fault here. One person is not responsible for this.”

Post his arrest, his family members have been visiting his residence. Megastar Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha were spotted visiting their nephew Allu Arjun’s residence in Hyderabad. The actor’s uncle and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan also visited his residence.

A few hours back, the victim, Revathi’s husband, Bhaskar said that he had no idea about the arrest but now wants to take back his case. He said that he doesn’t hold Allu Arjun responsible for the stampede.
