“Sometimes Drug Dealers Get Shot” [Video]
Chris Rock took a jab at UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson during his “Saturday Night Live” standup, emphasizing how no one is off limits in the comedy world.

On stage, Rock expressed his condolences to Thompson’s family before joking about the tragic incident.
“I really feel sorry for the family. Everyone’s fixated on how good-looking this guy is. If he looked like Jonah Hill, no one would care. They’d have already given him the chair — he’d be dead. But he actually killed a man — a man with a family. A man with kids. I have condolences. This is a real person, you know? But you also gotta go, ‘You know, sometimes drug dealers get shot.’”
Luigi Mangione is accused of gunning down Thompson in New York City as he was headed to a company conference. Authorities have speculated that the killing stemmed from Mangione’s disdain for the healthcare system.
Elsewhere in his monologue, Rock didn’t hold back, taking jabs at Donald Trump’s deportation plans, and even included the Menendez Brothers and Elon Musk in his humor.
“Menendez Brothers are getting out of jail — just in time to get deported. Trump is going to deport their a**, you murdering Mexicans,” Rock quipped. “He’s working with the number one African American in the world. The richest African American in the world: Elon Musk. That’s right. He’s African American. Elon’s got more kids than the Cleveland Browns. That’s right. Nobody knows how to get rid of people like a South African.”
