50 Cent and Big Meech Tease New Collaboration as Rapper Links Up with the Kingpin
50 Cent and BMF founder Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory have finally linked up, and it seems they may be working on something big.
On Sunday, the rapper and filmmaker shared an image of himself next to Big Meech. The background is blurred, seemingly to protect Meech’s privacy, as he reportedly lives in a halfway house. The G-Unit mogul is the mastermind behind the hit “BMF” series on Starz, which chronicles Big Meech’s rise in the drug game. Now, it appears Big Meech may be gearing up to get hands-on with the project since his release from federal prison.
“GreenLight Gang…Ultimate Hustler edition..Camera speed, rolling and action. BMF BIG MEECH,” 50 captioned the image, which quickly went viral.
The kingpin’s son currently portrays him in the series, which is heading into its fourth season. Big Meech is also seemingly weighing business options, with his son revealing last month that they’ve received numerous offers for up to $1 million since the 56-year-old’s release. However, Lil Meech says many of these offers have been turned down.
The Detroit native is not set to be discharged from the transitional facility until January 27th, 2026. It’s unclear what exactly he is cooking up with 50, though it may not be completed until he finishes the final stretch of his sentence. Nevertheless, fans were overjoyed to see the two titans of the culture getting acquainted in person.
