‘Belle Collective’ Exclusive Clip: Glen Quits His Job
A new episode of Belle Collective is airing tonight on OWN, and BOSSIP has an exclusive look at an emotional conversation between a husband and wife.

As previously reported, Belle Collective continues to spotlight six successful and glamorous Southern women who make things happen in their tight-knit community of Jackson, Mississippi, and beyond.
This season’s Belles are Tambra Cheri, Marie Hamilton-Abston, Aikisha Holly-Colon, Lateshia Pearson, Latrice Rogers, and Sophia O. Williams aka “Sogucci.” Now, however, they’re joined by a familiar face: Selena Johnson, the ex-wife of Sogucci’s husband, JJ, who’s officially a Belle.

In an exclusive sneak peek of tonight’s episode, we see a distraught Lateshia crying after her husband, Glen, drops a bomb on her.
“I quit my job,” says Glenn, not knowing how damning his timing is.
He says he wants to be an entrepreneur like his wife, but unbeknownst to him, she needs insurance because of a recent health scare.
Lateshia tells Glenn that she has to go for a follow-up appointment after doctors found an abnormality in her breast. The Belle then bursts into tears as she dishes deets to her husband.
“You know I got the cholosterol, the PCOS, I got a whole ‘nother appointment. Read what came this morning–I gotta do a diagnostic mammogram because they found something in my breast. So where the insurance at?!” asks Lateshia.
Glenn then tries to comfort her, but she won’t hear it.
“Just stop talking Glenn,” says the fed-up wife.
