It has now gone viral on social media with all the fans of Samantha Ruth Prabhu penning condolence messages. With the news making it to the headlines, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s old interview talking about her relationship with her father has also gone viral.

During the promotions of Citadel: Honey Bunny, Samantha Ruth Prabhu was asked if any of her real-life experiences helped her shape her character for the web series in an interview with Hindustan Times. To this, she actress shared that there were quite a few real-life experience in the web series. When the role was narrated to her, she found it almost freaky how much her real life was a part of the series. For her performance, she could draw a lot of references from her experiences and it can be seen in her performance. When asked further, what kind of real-life experiences is she talking about, she mentioned about her difficult relationship with her father. She was quote saying, “Oh my god! Should I? Can I? Well, for starters, I had a particularly difficult relationship with my father,” further adding, “Honey also finds herself in tough situations, but she’s able to bounce back from them.” Earlier, in an interview, Samantha Ruth Prabhu had spoken about how she used to seek validation from her father.
