Diddy’s Lawyers Slam New Lawsuits as ‘Full of Lies,’ Vow to Fight Back

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ attorneys are denying allegations in three newly filed lawsuits accusing the music mogul of rape and sexual assault. In a statement Thursday, Combs’ legal team called the claims “full of lies” and pledged to disprove them.

“These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.” the statement reads.

The lawsuits, filed anonymously in New York Supreme Court, allege that Combs drugged and sexually assaulted three men between 2019 and 2022. The plaintiffs, identified only as John Does, describe similar scenarios in which they claim Combs or his associates lured them to private locations, plied them with doctored drinks, and assaulted them while they were unconscious.

One of the plaintiffs, a former longtime employee, alleges he was attacked in a New York hotel room during a meeting to discuss money he was owed for off-the-books work. He claims that after consuming a drink provided by Combs, he lost consciousness and woke up to being assaulted. He recounted chilling words allegedly spoken by Combs during the attack: “I’m almost done.”

Another plaintiff alleges he met Combs at a Manhattan nightclub in 2019 and was invited to an afterparty at the Park Hyatt hotel. There, he claims, he was given a drink that caused him to lose consciousness. He says he later woke up to Combs assaulting him while others filmed the incident.

A third plaintiff alleges he attended a party at Combs’ East Hampton mansion in 2020, where he says he began feeling ill after consuming a drink and faded in and out of consciousness as Combs and others assaulted him.

The lawsuits also name several of Combs’ companies as defendants, including Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Daddy’s House Recordings, and Sony Music Holdings. All three plaintiffs are seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial.

Combs’ legal troubles have intensified in recent months. The latest accusations follow a series of lawsuits filed against him, including a high-profile case brought by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who alleged years of abuse and sex trafficking. That case was settled for an undisclosed amount, but additional claims have since surfaced, including allegations from former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard.

Combs, who has denied all allegations against him, remains detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on unrelated criminal charges. He faces accusations of racketeering, sex trafficking, and other offenses. Prosecutors allege he used his business empire to orchestrate years of exploitation.
