ERICA CAMPBELL AND DAUGHTERS, ZAYA AND KRISTA, SHINE AT HBCU HONORS
Erica Campbell attended the 2nd Annual HBCU Honors with her daughters, Krista and Zaya, on November 14, 2024. The trio graced the blue carpet at Howard University’s Cramton Auditorium in Washington, D.C., posing for pictures before the show.

Fans witnessed a special mother-daughter performance during the live taping. Erica and her 20-year-old daughter Krista serenaded the crowd with their angelic voices.

HBCU Honors, which will air on BET on December 1, 2024, at 8 p.m. ET, honors the achievements of HBCU graduates who have made an extraordinary impact across various industries. Hosted by actress and comedian Kym Whitley, this year’s event celebrated incredible trailblazers like Will Packer, Lonnie Johnson, and Jewel Burks Solomon.
The evening was filled with standout performances by some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Fantasia, Hezekiah Walker, MC Lyte, and, of course, Erica Campbell herself. The event also highlighted the invaluable contributions of HBCU alumni, showcasing their work in the fields of entertainment, technology, business, and more.
