We have all loved watching MasterChef India. The show has become very popular in India and we have seen so many talented individuals showing up their cooking skills. It is a show where we all get to learn many new cooking tricks and hacks too. The reality show also got good TRP ratings. However, the show did not return on TV for a long time now. But, now, the makers have finally decided to get it back. Yes, it is returning but with a big and an interesting twist. We loved MasterChef but what if it has all our favourite celebrities as participants?
Well, yes, as per reports in India Today, this season, we will see our favourite TV celebrities as the participants. A few days ago it was being reported that Farah Khan would be judging the show. But that is not true as she would be the host of the show.
Celebrities to be a part of MasterChef India
The reality show never had a host but this time, Farah will take up the hosting duties. And talking about the judges, Chef Vikas Khanna and Chef Ranveer Brar will return as the judges this time. Well, the celebrity contestants would be Anupamaa actor Gaurav Khanna and Naagin 6 star Tejasswi Prakash.
Pavitra Rishta actress Usha Nadkarni will also be seen as a contestant. Dipika Kakar has also been approached to be a contestant in MasterChef India. Rajiv Adatia and Chandan Prabhakar may also be seen in the cooking reality show. So, this would be the Celebrity MasterChef India.
The sources close to the portal said that the contestants have already started shooting for the promos of the show. However, the first round of auditions had happened earlier this year with home cooks but later the makers decided to have celebrities. Reports say that this idea of having celebrities came from Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment.
