Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Troubled Mansion Headed to Auction After Failed Sale Attempts
It looks like Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s ongoing real estate drama will be coming to an end soon.
According to reports, their Georgia mansion is set to be auctioned on December 3rd, marking the end of the lengthy saga. Sources confirmed the auction date despite Zolciak and Biermann’s multiple attempts to delay the sale through court petitions.
The lavish estate is 15,000 square feet and features seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It is on nearly two acres and includes a pool and a handful of amenities. In September, the house was listed for just under $4 million. However, while the final price for the mansion is currently unknown, it may list for a price significantly lower, depending on the bidder.
Last year, it was reported that Zolciak and Biermann’s home was in foreclosure and headed to auction. The news came just months before the couple filed for divorce a second time. Although they were able to delay the official auction, Biermann stated that they received offers for the home, but Zolciak turned them all down, putting them into financial hardship.
As a result, Biermann requested help from the court and asked for the right to sell the house at a reasonable price. Meanwhile, Zolciak responded that she covers most of the expenses for the home and even revealed that her daughter Brielle contributes more financially than Biermann. Despite their ongoing public feuds, the two continued sharing the house together, which neither will own in the near future.
Zolciak and Biermann’s divorce remains ongoing.
