Red Lobster Rolls Out Nationwide Happy Hour Menu Amid Comeback Efforts

Red Lobster is going hard with its comeback efforts.

The beloved seafood chain just launched its nationwide happy hour menu, offering features and wallet-friendly options designed to lure diners during off-peak hours.

From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, customers can enjoy $5 drinks and $2 off select appetizers. The beverage specials include margaritas, “top-shelf” Long Island Iced Teas, draft beer, and glasses of wine. Appetizer options such as lobster flatbread, crab queso, and mozzarella sticks are also part of the promotion, giving fans more reasons to indulge at an affordable price.

The launch comes during a challenging but hopeful time for Red Lobster. The Orlando-based chain filed for bankruptcy in May and has since closed over 100 locations. However, in September, the company announced it is on track to exit bankruptcy under new ownership, signaling a potential turnaround for the brand.

Flavor Flav, the iconic rapper and reality star, became an unexpected hero in Red Lobster’s resurgence. In June, he shared on social media that he ordered nearly the entire menu during a visit to one of the chain’s locations, saying, “Ya boy meant it when I said I was gonna do anything and everything to help @redlobster and save the cheddar bay biscuits.” His support inspired the launch of “Flavor Flav’s Faves,” a special off-menu meal introduced at locations nationwide over the summer.
