Ryan Reynolds confirms Taylor Swift’s role in his family
Taylor Swift trolling Ryan Reynolds is how we learned how close she is to the actor and his family.
Swift showed her support for his Deadpool & Wolverine movie over the summer with a social media post that shouted out Reynolds as “my godkids’ sperm donor!”
Reynolds has now confirmed that Swift is the godmother to his and wife Blake Lively’s daughters James, nine, Inez, seven, and Betty, four. The couple also have a son, Olin, born last year.

“She is the godparent to my daughters,” Reynolds said of Swift in a recent interview with Deadline.
Deadpool & Wolverine director Shawn Levy is the godfather of their son.
Reynolds also praised the singer this week for supporting his summer blockbuster with Hugh Jackman on her social media.
“That was very sweet,” Reynolds told Deadline. “Not just sweet. You can probably quantify a box office based on Taylor just doing something like that.”

Swift currently has more than 280 million followers on Instagram. Fans of both of the stars are familiar with their friendship.
Swift and her boyfriend, NFL player Travis Kelce, have frequently socialised with Reynolds and Lively. The actors have also accompanied Swift to Kelce’s games in the past.

Aussie star’s touching red carpet moment with ‘darling daughter’
Reynold previously joked that he and Lively are “still waiting” for Swift to name their fourth child who they welcomed last year.
“We always wait for Taylor to tell us what the child’s name will be,” Reynolds joked on Today after being asked if there was a nod to the secret name on Swift’s latest album The Tortured Poets Department.

“We’re still waiting. So, Taylor, let’s maybe start, you know,” the Deadpool actor teased.
“She’s a prolific writer. I mean, what are we doing here? And lazy’s not a word I’d attach to Taylor.”
Swift has previously name-dropped Lively and Reynolds daughters Betty, James and Inez on her 2020 Grammy award-winning album Folklore.
