That ’70s Show star Laura Prepon’s husband files for divorce after six years of marriage
That ’70s Show star Laura Prepon and her husband Ben Foster are calling it quits.
The star’s actor husband has reportedly filed for divorce after six years of marriage.
Prepon rose to fame playing Donna in the long-running comedy series That ’70s Show. She is also well known for her role as Alex in the wildly popular show Orange Is the New Black.

Foster cited the reason for their split as “irreconcilable differences” in court documents obtained by multiple US media outlets, including PageSix and People.
In the filing, he stated the pair were unable to “live together successfully as husband and wife” anymore.
The documents listed their official date of separation as September 9, 2023.

The actor requested their prenuptial agreement to be enforced, which outlined an equal split of their assets and debt.
Foster is also an actor, known for his roles in X-Men: The Last Stand, The Punisher, Hell or High Water and 3:10 to Yuma among others.
Prepon and Foster have been married since 2018 and share two children together.
The pair had been friends since they were teenagers before they started dating in 2016.
They then got engaged after a few months together in 2017.
The actors welcomed their first child, daughter Ella, seven, in August 2017. They then had a second child, a son whose name has not been shared, in 2020.

Prepon and Foster walked a red carpet together just months before their listed date of separation in September last year.
The stars posed arm-in-arm at the 28th Annual Critics Choice Awards on January 15, smiling in pictures on the red carpet.
Prepon was just 18-years-old when she had her breakthrough role in 1998 on the sitcom That ’70s Show as Donna Pinciotti.
The actress was on the show for all eight seasons. She reprised her role in the sequel series That ’90s Show in 2023 and was also a director on the show, including for all eight episodes of part three.
Prepon has also starred in The Girl on the Train, The Hero and House, among others.
