This actor has been part of many movies. He played some aggressive roles while also making the audience laugh out loud with comedy roles. From Akshay Kumar to Salman Khan, this actor has shared screen space with many big stars. Often, he plays a pivotal supporting character and often stands out with his impeccable act. But in an interview, he made some interesting revelations about himself.
Actor talks about his violent behaviour
The actor we are talking about is Nana Patekar. In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Nana Patekar stated that he was too violent on movie sets and didn’t speak much to people. While he cleared that he isn’t the same anymore, he gets provoked if someone triggers him and ends up beating the person. In the same interview, he talked about what he would be if not an actor.
The Welcome star said that if he wasn’t an actor, he would have been in the underworld. In this entertainment news, Patekar said, “I am not kidding. I am extremely serious about this. Acting gave me an outlet. This became a way of me taking out my frustration.”
In the same interview, he talked about his fallout with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Nana Patekar worked in Bhansali’s directorial debut, Khamoshi: The Musical. NAna said that there are possibilities of him working with SLB again. But the way he yelled at the director, Bhansali must have felt bad and hence, they never collaborated again. In the same interview, the actor said he misses working with the Devdas director. But his own rude behaviour and harsh words must have left Bhansali upset.
