His mum has one of the world’s most famous voices and now he’s taken center stage with his own impressive vocals.
Kelly Clarkson’s son Remy surprised the audience of his mum’s talk show when he took to the stage to perform his own rendition of a Frank Sinatra classic.
Before The Kelly Clarkson Show kicked off recording, the eight-year-old decided to warm up the in-studio audience with his cover, and he definitely takes after his mum in vocal talent and star power.

Microphone in hand and supported by a live band, Remy sang the memorable lyrics of Sinatra’s My Way.
”I planned each charted course/ Each careful step along the byway,” Remy sang as the audience swayed to the melody.
He smiled wide and made eye contact with the camera and audience as he sang confidently.
“And more, much more than this/ I did it my way,” he concluded the song.

The audience, including Clarkson’s daughter River, 10, cheered him on as he wrapped up his performance.
A very proud Clarkson decided to share a snippet of the moment during an episode of her show.

”Today we’ve got a few Broadway stars joining us, we’ve also got my kids River and Remy in the audience,” Clarkson explained.
“In fact before the show Remy took a moment to warm up the audience with his rendition of the Sinatra classic My Way. You’re welcome,” she said as she introduced the clip.

After airing the recording, Clarkson proudly shared that Remy was proactive in pitching his performance to the team.
“[He] walked right in today and said ‘Who do I need to speak to to sing my song,” Clarkson said.
“I was like ‘OK sir’. They’re so fun, I love my kids so much.”
